- Please Note: If you choose to move-in with Cottage Place residents that already live in one of our apartments, we recommend that you meet them ahead of time and check out the apartment to make sure you are comfortable with them and how they keep the apartment. We only clean and paint our apartments before a complete new group of students move-in to an entire three bedroom unit, otherwise if your are just renting a room it is up the the residents to make it tidy and clean.
